The 2nd House is the Kutumb Bhava and Dhan Bhava, and is the support for the 1st House. It is related  to the immediate family and their influences. It is indicative of and influences the family wealth profile and all the support the ‘Self’ needs to sustain itself. In the physical body, the 2nd House represents the neck, throat and right eye. In other words, this House represents aspects that sustain the ‘Self’ such as family, liquid assets, financial success,  food etc
